Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping — $8.00 (estimated 3–5 business days)
- Express Shipping — $15.00 (estimated 2–3 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping — on all orders $50.00 and over
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Cross-Plate Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
